General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope and Provider

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of:

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. 2.2. By clicking the [Buy Now / Complete Order] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed in the shopping cart. 2.3. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

3.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (if applicable) and other price components. 3.2. Shipping costs are calculated additionally and are clearly stated during the checkout process. 3.3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via [Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.]. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

5. Delivery and Performance

5.1. Delivery is made via [DHL/UPS/FedEx]. 5.2. As each Nothing Watch is individually assembled and tested by a mechanical engineer, the processing time is typically [e.g., 5-10] business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. 5.3. If a product is permanently unavailable, we will refrain from an acceptance declaration and the contract will not be concluded.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Engineering Standards

7.1. Statutory warranty rights apply. 7.2. As an engineering-led brand, we guarantee that every watch undergoes a technical inspection (Timegrapher calibration and pressure testing) prior to shipment. 7.3. Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the steel or crystal from use) is excluded from the warranty.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung) for details.

9. The "Outlet" (Refurbished) Section

Items sold in the "Outlet" section are previously returned or demo units. These items are fully inspected and functional but may show minor signs of handling. These specific conditions are disclosed in the product description.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 11.2. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is Cologne, Germany.
