1. General Shipping Information

Every Nothing Watch is a precision instrument. Unlike mass-produced watches, each piece is hand-assembled, calibrated, and pressure-tested by a Mechanical Engineer in our workshop. Please allow for a professional handling time to ensure your watch meets our technical standards.

2. Processing & Assembly Times

• Standard Models: Dispatched within 8-10 business days.

• Custom Builds (The Lab): Dispatched within 15-20 business days (depending on part availability and testing protocols).

• Outlet / Refurbished: Dispatched within 2 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship from our workshop in the European Union.

Note on International Shipping: For orders outside the EU, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your watch has passed Final Quality Control (QC), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

5. Returns & Shipping Costs

As stated in our Cancellation Policy:

• The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

• We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is technically defective upon arrival.

6. Packaging Protocol

To minimize environmental impact while ensuring maximum protection, we use sustainable, high-durability packaging designed to protect the mechanical movement from shocks and magnetic interference during transport.
